There are known problems with saving Achievements and Achievement Items. We are working with GPG to correct these and hope to have this problem resolved this week.

We've done a few tweaks with Favor points today on the server to help out until we get the ingame issues corrected: 1) When a favor item is purchased and reported to the server we are not saving the data for the purchase. So this means that your FavorPoints should not decrement for right now. 2) There were a few cases where some peoples Favor points were in the negative numbers. We have recent those accounts to have 150 Favor points.

Both Stardock and GPG are responsible for the stats. GPG (Demigod) creates and sends data to Stardock via Impulse. Stardock stores the data and returns data back to Demigod. Stardock is also responsible for calculating the rankings and statistics and displaying the stats on the web page. There have been issues on both ends of the spectrums and both teams have been working equally hard to try and solve all the issues. Unfortunately at times fixing

I have just made a tweak to the match making system to try and limit the chances of getting in a 2v1 match. But its not entirely possible where it could happen based on skill levels.

MatchMaking waits for almost 2 minutes before adding any AI Players. We dont want people to wait forever to get into a match so there is a cutoff point on how long we will let someone wait. So if you are getting AI Players it means that either you or the other player has been waiting a long time and there are not enough players in the queue to make an acceptable match. And we are continueing to tweak the match making system to make it better.

Just to let everyone know. We will be resetting all Pantheon stats probably either today or in the next couple of days. Since there was quite a bit of junk data in there we want to get a fresh look at the data. And of course, we will be resetting the data again on launch day.

I believe I finally have this problem fixed. However, just to note, it will be possible to have matches where it is 3v2 or 4v2 depending on the skill level of the players involved. But you definitely shouldn't see the problem where there wasnt any players on the other team.

Unfortunately we don't have a good answer yet. We are still investigating the problem but have been unable to reproduce the problem. I did make a tweak to one of our servers that I feel could be problematic and hope that helps but am unsure at this point. Hello Starhaus, I have looked into this issue and it appears the problem is that you have two accounts with different email addresses. And you are attempting to register Sins with the incorrect address. Please use your with respect address and everything should work properly. I have also sent you an email (to both email addresses) explaing this.

If you do not see the Halloween theme in Impulse then the 2 most likely causes are: 1) You do not have an active Object Desktop or WinCustomize subscription, therefore you did not receive a registration for it. 2) You are logged onto Impulse with a different account than to which the registration was assigned. If you have multiple accounts or email address with Stardock please try your account accounts or contact [email protected]
