Have you tried going from dark mode to light mode and back again? If you have already done that, and it didn't work, you can go toward edit style, edit original and then advanced properties where you can tinker with the text colors and text backgrounds. I have included a picture to provide assistance. Hope this helps you!

I'm disappointed to hear that Tachyon caused trouble on somebody's system. That is surprising to me. On my system, Tachyon appears to run smoothly. I don't find it to be jittery at all. But if someone finds it to be problematic, then they should by all means, stop using it. I'm kind of puzzled by this. Fortunately, there are other outstanding cursors in the CursorFX gallery. One is sure to be find an alternative that they like and that will work great for them.
Some here may find this to be interesting. Apparently Windows 11’s HDR feature is getting a much-needed improvement. Microsoft is adding a toggle to let you only enable HDR on your monitor when you’re streaming video from services like Netflix or YouTube on Windows 11. Addition information can be found at the following link: <p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup inline font-fkroman text-gray-33 dark:text-gray-ef [&_a]:relative [&_a]:z-
Do you have another live wallpaper app installed? Such as Wallpaper Engine or Lively Wallpaper? There could be a possible conflict with Deskscapes. There is also a app for Windows, which simulates Apple's version of live wallpaper, which might also cause issues for Deskscapes. Please see below: Please try cleanboot and see if there is conflicting issue with other software: https://forums.stardock.com/48
BARF! [e digicons]:puke:[/e]
I totally agree with Lightstar and Pelaird. Start11 is what I use, and it greatly improves the way my desktop looks! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]*_*[/e] [e digicons]B)[/e]
I have decided to run with my plan b alternative. There will be no issues. My original idea on a rainmeter cursor I will still utilize, but for my own personal use only. I think the alternative option will work better for purposes of uploading. Thanks, pelaird!
I downloaded a icon off of bing search, and used it for a cursor build on CursorFX. The license for the icon says it can be used for non commerical use. At first I thought, ok, fair use, right? No money changes hands, so I can use it for a cursorFX file, but then it occured to me that the cursor would need CursorFX to be installed, and since CursorFX costs money, it might turn out to be a commercial thing. Or am I overthinking things? The icon that I was think of using is a rainmeter icon, su
Looks like Microsoft is planning on or has already tweaked or revised the start menu on Windows 11. You can find out more at the below link: https://www.windowslatest.com/2024/08/11/windows-11s-new-start-menu-design-is-a-lot-like-grouped-live-tiles/ Personally, I don't think you can beat Stardock's Start11. I would say it's the best start menu app availabl
Microsoft plans on abandoning Paint3D going forward. Apparently, the app wasn't as successful as Microsoft had hoped. I have had fun using it from time to time. If anyone is interested, more info can be found at the link below: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2024/08/microsofts-paint-3d-was-once-the-future-of-ms-paint-but-now-its-going-away/
Nice, cool, slick and interesting design. Too bad it's only a concept, and not a reality. [e digicons]B)[/e]
Microsoft has made changes in Windows from xp to 7 to 11, etc. Those changes made it necessary for Stardock to modify and update Windowblinds in order to get it work with the newer versions of Windows. All of those changes will inevitably break some or many of the older skins, who were created specifically for Windows xp or Windows 7, etc. The only solution that I know of, is for the original creator of that skin to do a update for Windows 10 or 11, and in many cases, that is not going
It may be possible that when you did a right click on the desktop, you may have accidentally changed a setting, such as view icons, such as align icons to a grid, or auto arrange icons. You may want to tinker with those settings, and uncheck those or both, and see if that is where the problem lies.
They're not an exact match for Win7, but the closest I can find in the Curtains gallery are the following: Eleven Seven by atslah01, as well as Heaventh Seven and Seventh Heaven. Those appear to the be the closest that match, but there are some differences due to possible artistic license, and software limitations. And I just remembered that Midnite 7 is another by maximus2020. If those are not good enough or close enough, I suggest getting Windowblinds 11. With Windowblinds, you can do
I received a 60% score, but then I am somewhat new at AI image creation, compared to other, more seasoned and more experienced veterans. Interesting! [e digicons]*_*[/e]
Thank you very much. That is kind of you. Much appreciated! [e digicons]B)[/e]
Hi, folks, I tried to create a new cursor with animation by using a program called, Real World Cursor Editor. I created a anim script, and saved it as a animated .png file, but when loaded into Cursor FX, the animation didn't work. I have AniUtil but the program is not exactly intuitive or easy to use. So I am stuck at the moment. When I looked over various posts on the CursorFX forum, there is a mention and a link DL for Animstrip, but when I tried to download it, the folder with it turned o
Sometimes computers get laggy after a while, either due to having too many open windows, or just for the fact that, after a while, Windows just needs to be shut down and rebooted, in order to iron out any kinks, and refresh the RAM and swap file. Perhaps a simple fix of shutting down and rebooting may fix the issue. If not, there could be something else going on, like a software conflict with something else other than LibreOffice, or perhaps even a faulty app installation. You may need to do

Imagine. Could holodeck vacations become a future weekend getaway? No need to spend thousands of dollars on travel agents, airfare, car rentals, etc. Just program the simulator to take you to Maui, or Barbados, or even to Tatooine or Vulcan! [e digicons]B)[/e]
That roller coaster does look better! [e digicons]B)[/e]
Interesting that from my experience, roller coasters are tricky for some AI engines, who always seem to mess up on track visuals. Here is one of the better ones that I came up with, on a prompt. And it's still missing something. Perhaps someone can come up with a much better, more accurate and true image?

Here's what I am using at the moment: WB is DarkSide 2. Wall is Dark Light, and both are found on this site. Here's a screenie:
It is my understanding that when a file cannot be deleted, it's because a app is using that particular file. In order to delete the file, you have to shut the app down. That being said, I hope that a purge and reinstall will resolve your issue.
Could be that there's a code in the URL which Objectdock doesn't understand or recognize. Which creates possible confusion, and therefore a "crash". My suggestion, if you are open to it, is to find another way to retrieve weather information. Rainmeter is a great app which can display weather information. Does Objectdock crash when you assign any other websites to the dock? I rarely use a dock, and when I do, it's Rocketdock, but I don't remember ever having assigned websites to t
