Thanx for all the replys Gents, but is there any conflict with running two different systems on the same computer and what are the benefits of running two different systems, or is it too long to explain here and I am better researching it myself.

Ubuntu general question in Personal Computing Stardock Forums

I have been as it is called "Lurking" in the various forum sites and learning the etiquette of posting and so on, and I keep coming across Ubunto, is this another os that benifits windowsXP or Vista or is it a completly different os like linux, that runs on its own in a different partion, just very curious. Where can I find out about different systems like this and there price ranges, and if it is good to run two different systems at once, if it is a different os that is. <P

Computer Harddrives: 2 x 320 gb IDE Internal, 2 x 250 gb SATA Internal, 1 x 320 gb SATA Internal. EXTERNAL HARDDRIVES: 1 x 250 gb SATA, 1 x 320 gb SATA. I think all in all it is 1 960 gb of storage with 450 gb free, the rest is all movies , pics and images etc for my artwork in various graphic programs, military drg's for my job and my marvel collection :CONGRAT:

Hello Guys I was just wondering about the new Impulse update, these new buttons at the bottom of inpulse , are they quick linfs, cos mine don't seem to do anything, I even picked a author and tried to pick achievements, rankings and nothing, and I gather friends is messenger.
