Icon packages - IP and PNG in Icons WinCustomize Forums

Hi, everyone. I'm a newbie here, so if I'm violating any rules, please let me know. ;) I'm actually using RocketDock instead of StarDock, but I've learned that I can use icon packages from several dock programs. However, I've come across a problem. I tried downloading a few packs from here, which are all .ip files. Turns out I can't open those, my computer doesn't recognize this kind of file. Icons in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I have a, possibly stupid, question. I'm new to all this, so please bare with me. I've downloaded IP and several themes. Now I'm wondering if the icons in these themes can be used seperately from IP as well, in say a dock. And if so, how? Because I've tried opening the icons in another viewer, but that doesn't work. Can anyone tell me? Thanks!
