GTA V is already out, came out in 2013...great game btw, favorite console game at the moment...

No.....but, in the vast majority of situations the current system is superior....is there a particular reason why you want them to arc instead of doing point turns?
LOL aren't I stupid?
Armistice does not affect planets...even if it did, it'd be irrelevant, as the invulnerable entity bool modifier does not affect planets, it just says the (rather misleading) word "Invulnerable" on the infocard...
Oh great...the argument of democracy....as if the previous arguments weren't bad enough....
I don't know if the issue is the game or ICO itself (SP does seem to be pretty stable), I can only speak for what people are experiencing on ICO.... If a runtime error occurs, is a dump file still created? Majority of errors I have gotten are runtime errors, which do not explicitly state that a dump file is created...
Minidumps and DCs are really bad with the latest patch....there were times where MDs were almost non-existent, so I know it is at least possible for this game to be fairly stable... This isn't just me, or my computer, or my drivers, or my internet....in my most recent game 5 people MDed at the same...I'd like to say that is the worst of it, but sadly it is more closer to the norm....it is a rare sight for a whole game to complete without at least multiple peo
Now we are connecting the dots? I should have paid more attention in kindergarten....

Any stability improvements with this next patch? MDs are rampant on ICO, multiple people crashing a game....
The answer to the question is yes, seeing as the game already does it ...loyalists and rebels for each race share 90% of their assets...
When I went to buy a car, the model I wanted came in several colors, one of which was dark blue...that was the color I absolutely wanted, but alas, it was not meant to be....apparently the only global manufacturer of that particular shade of blue was in Japan -- right by the fukushima incident....and apparently their production stopped because of the incident... Not that the color of a car is a big deal when compared to say, glowing whale meat, but nevertheless I thi
Endless space has an interesting system...there are 4 branches to the tech tree, and for each branch you complete (technically you just research the top tech), the tech victory technology becomes much cheaper....still the game balance forces you to invest at least somewhat in all the branches, it works in encouraging you to research virtually all the technologies...
GRG does hull damage only...that inherently means it bypasses shields and shield mitigation....
I'd be happy with subversion debuffing tax income and/or allegiance...I'd even be tempted to make it passive just to solve the AM problem....
If subversion was comparable to embargo in utility, it might not be a bad ship...
Think about it: Two Animosity Radiance caps capable of permanently keeping enemy fleet taunted, able to survive the onslaught for minutes... what the hell would you put against THAT? All those radiances now need to win every battle against any frigate/cruiser centric fleet is one Rapture with Vengeance. GG. Be careful.
Still balanced because: SC are immune to animosity -- this makes the taunt component moot in the late
The end....it was so close......
I'd leave energy absorption alone and focus on making animosity do something to help the radiance's survivability...the only way someone is ever going to pick animosity is if they can pick it over energy absorption, because if you aren't picking detonate antimatter then there is no point in building the radiance... In other words, the radiance's abilities need to be such that DA+animosity and DA+energy absorption are both equally viable builds...that means animosity mu
Late game, fleets heavy on capital ships are actually quite successful....they are the only things (other than carriers) that don't instantly die to titan AoEs, and at higher levels do just fine on a DPS per fleet supply basis...some might say capital ship fleets aren't just viable, but necessary at that stage of the game...
Yeah I forgot this is vanilla sins....if you want to win as a team, I believe the only way you can do that is to start the game with teams and have locked teams on....
CAN WE MAKE IT TO THREE PAGES????
If teams are not locked, then you have to have allied victory enabled...otherwise, only one can be left standing... Enable it in the victory conditions option window at game start...
facility does not become obsolete in the end game.
Maybe it is just me, but I like the model Civ V has on this...3 of the 4 victory options basically start hitting at once...around the time the tech leader is starting the space race (ie technology/science victory), the culture leader is about to dominate everyone else and the commerce leader is about to win the UN elections (ie diplomatic victory)...in short, by the time you are cleaning up the tech tree, you HAVE to f
