Can a man be confused about his confusion?

Have you ever even played the game?
That's a debatable point....I'll just say that skilled players are split on the issue, with some believing it's the best titan and some believing it's one of the worst... Appearently removing them from the GSD and entity manifest are not enough.
Goa, if you ever figure that out, you should post it so you can be elevated to God status...
Two polar bears are taking a bath...the first polar bear says to the second, "Can you pass the soap?" The second polar bear says, "Soap? No radio!"
Well played, Jafo, well played.....
GC3 is said to be much more moddable than previous SD games, and the AI itself will even fall under that umbrella.... But then again, Brad himself is working on it, and he's really into that stuff... In any case, SD is at least trying...I can't speak for Ironclad, but it was mentioned that the game is as moddable as it is so they could easily change certain things... It does seem more things are hardcoded though in Rebellion....Spaceponies, cosmetic ti
Planet abilities MUST be passive as far as I know... As for resource roids, make sure you don't have any contradictions (like a min value higher than a max value)... But, your error could be more generic...a quotation mark could have been forgotten somewhere, or an extra space/tab was put somewhere it shouldn't be....
Amazon is working on a system where they ship items to you before you even buy them...they will anticipate what you want by logging things such as what you search for and how long your mouse hovers over certain items...then, they'll ship these items with automated drones... Google, quite frankly, is the least of my worries....
I thought this was common knowledge...some of you make it out like this is some big dark secret that somehow undermines the capabilities of W8...I mean, what would you rather have, the ability to cold boot or the ability to cold boot and fast boot? Seems only like an advantage to me... If (for whatever reason) you absolutely must have a cold boot but don't want to do a restart, you can change it in control panel under power options (the same place you
I'm looking at the destra's ability Ruthlessness right now, because I know its sound works fine...here's what they got there: The sound effect is in the ability file, not the buff file The attachtype for the effect is Center, not Invalid (can't imagine this would affect a sound but you never know) In the SoundEffects file, it is NOT looping and is NOT resident If I look at an engine sound in the SoundEffects file, I see a

It's definitely not on W8 installs, it'd only be W8.1...I know for a fact that when you go through that first time setup, at some point there is an option in regards to skydrive...I just don't remember if it completely disables it or if it just doesn't automatically upload files...
You think it's coincidence that all nuclear (super)powers have veto rights in the UN ?
How convenient that you had to throw in the word "super"...a word which has completely arbitrary meaning "defined" solely by you... There are 8 nuclear powers...5 are veto members, 3 are not (India, Pakistan, and North Korea)...some would argue that Israel would make a 4th, which means that you really can't make the case that nucl
Look in the relevant sounddata file in GameInfo...logically, you'd want it to be an effect so I'd think you'd want it your entries to be in that sounddata file... In there, you can classify which type of sound it is (effect, music, etc.) to determine which of the volume controls in game settings will affect it... I would suggest that you mimic the same settings as other effects...it probably has the settings of music or dialogue which is "global" and who's volu
IIRC, when you install W8.1 you can choose whether to have skydrive enabled or not...
Starkers, you're forgetting that Russia has a huge nuclear arsenal, enough to destroy everyone on the planet. It also has a very large military industry. It supplies lots of energy to Europe (and the Ukraine). Those things give Russia a very large bargaining chip.
Nuclear arsenals are overrated...just ask North Korea how that "bargaining chip" is working out for them...

Well, there are very few abilities you'd actually want to do this on anyway, but for the few it would affect it obviously is a huge drawback being unable to do it quickly...the main ones I can think of are the self-repair on the skirmishers and enforcers as well as the kanrak/sentinel abilities...martyrdom and repulsion might also be worth looking into...the last group would be anti-SC abilities like flak burst, TK push, and JW, but tabbing is somewhat viable with those depending
I did find some stuff on the web about making your own UEFI install with an 8 iso.
It's very easy to do, I've done it on 2 devices, one of which actually was shipped with W7 originally...it also is how you get the full backup functionality from doing a clean 8.1 install...
You can right click on the ability and toggle autocast on/off en masse, but that usually won't help with activating the ability unless you have a convenient autocast...
Honestly, even if they hadn't added the new capital ships, they still wouldn't have fixed the balance issues associated with the old ones...

Even if you remove the ability for humans to train capital ships entirely, the AI will still be able to, and does, buy them.
Noticed this as well...IIRC, it's one level per difficulty over hard...so, at vicious they can buy up to lvl 7...

Kol is actually a very good ship late game...it is the best cap for tanking at lvl 6+ with AFF and finest hour...even at levels 3 and 4 it is useful, flak burst deals with the SC while flak burst and the splash damage from finest hour contribute to dealing with corvettes...only problem with the kol is that it isn't useful early and probably not even mid game... Unlike the Ranky, which is never particularly useful...
