I just got the JK event. I was playing rather aggressively in the TA beta and it popped up. I thought it was supposed to be more likely if you played conservatively. Regardless, I would just echo some other posters in wishing that JK could be essentially another major race. They now control the most planets, have the best technology and the best ships, yet I can't spy on them and they hardly do anything aggressively. I tried to read every post on here to make sure I wasn't saying something already said, but I gave up around page 6. Could there be an added option in the Diplomacy screen to threaten someone? Say if you don't give me x, I will embargo/declare war on/ask someone else to declare war on/neutralize our alliance. There seems to be little you can do with races you don't like other than declare war on them or embargo them. Also I think it'd be cooler if you could bully people more sp

I'm really excited to see what a full-blown sequel would add to the already great game. That being said, keep doing expansions whenever you got enough new/improved features to warrant it until you decide to start on a proper sequel (or you no longer make a profit). Also the more improvements you make through expansions the further along you'd be (as far as features and options) in a sequel to start, allowing you to have the sequel expand even further making it the best game it could be. <br/

Is there any update on this matter? I was about to ask the very same question myself but saw this thread was started almost a year and a half ago. So, in that year in a half has there been any movement towards this, or has someone said anything to the effect of it being impossible/difficult? I have been playing the Twilight of Anor beta for a while and it isn't there, so I doubt it is anywhere yet.

I like it. I also thought the varying levels of control in senate (ie whether you have 60% or 90%) should effect the level of bonus you get. The same could would in reverse as well. That way there would be some benefits of having morale higher than the bare minimum required to keep a slim lead in the senate. It also would be cool if the changes in taxes didn't have so quick of a positive result, so that if morale gets gradually worse with high tax but doesn't recover quite as fast when you lower

Hey, I'd really love to give this mod a try. Am a big GC and Trek Fan, but I have been waiting over a month now and haven't been activated yet. Is the site supporting this mod active? I can't seen any forums with posts in 2008. I registered as "Bloody Hell" and I used [email protected] as my address. From what I've seen here though, it looks like you guys have done a great job.
