Number of colums decrease in Fences Stardock Forums

I regularly run into issues with the number of columns of my fences. I've got several fences with 3 columns and a few with 2. Between startups, the number of columns decrease by 1, thus I get two columns of icons in a 3 column-wide fence. Slightly stretching the fence snaps everything back into place (as if i change the width from 2.99 columns to 3.00). It happens sometimes on the 2-column fences as well, from 2 to 1 column. Just got a deskscapes 8 upgrade, got a receipt, but no information about activation key. Product is missing in my account as well. What is going on here?

Tried installing Diamond several times from both links (as mentioned above), manually deleted fiels after isntallation, etc. etc... Still no luck, does anyone have any idea how to get it working properly?

I just downloaded the free version of Deskscapes, there are a few sample animated desktops included. There is a minor problem though. All samples work just fine (Grassy field, Waterdream), but the Watercolor dream just doesn't start properly. No errors, it just freezes immediately (that's what it looks like) and shows nothing but a blue colored background. I have version 2.0, it won't let me update to 2.5.

However, in my case customs did not add anything, I wonder why they did in your case.
