Besides, Coven, Conversion and Bite what other skills do you max for a minion heavy build? The reason I prefer to play more assassin like is because I can't find a good minion build that would take all the skills I love as an assassion erebus.

Ouchy has it down I'd say. Thats how I play and usually have no problems. Bite, Mist, Stun, Vamp Aura is it. I dont touch idol's or worry at all about minions. I've tried all sorts of builds and it takes too much gear/skill points to put your minons up to a competitive level. Play him like an assassin and you're golden.
