Ruin your PC with an Aqua Dock By Andrew Orlowski in San Francisco Posted: 22/11/2002 at 17:35 GMT Perhaps Apple has realized that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Or perhaps it's seconded its lawyers to Research in Motion, Inc. Because a small number of sites continue to produce knock-offs of the Aqua UI. On two of the most popular, Aqua-Man and Emaculation, you can find work in progress to bring Aqua controls, and even basic versions of the "iApps" b

hey rated, are you going to get sucked into this new homeland defense thing? if it's need to know, feel free to not reply
did your rejection notice specifically say it was rejected due to copyright infringement? if so, THAT should be the focus, not quality of work judged by a moderator, right? (only relating to copyrighted materials submitted) it either IS or IS NOT copyrighted, or it isn't a point to be used for moderating, right? ...or am I totally off on this one too?
It hit 91 degrees F here yesterday...looks to be the same today...

Resume Quotations The following quotations were taken from resumes and cover letters from all over the country. With all the work and care that goes into writing these documents, it's funny, if unfortunate, when errors slip through to the final draft. Alas, such mistakes make exactly the wrong impression on exactly the wrong people. Resumes: "I am very detail-oreinted." "I have a bachelorette degree in computers." "Graduated in the top 66% of my class." "I worked
I'm a mixed-breed American
I gotta apologize for my first comment here...I had just gotten done with JM33's thread and was feeling pretty irritated. The admins here really do a great job, and although I had a sarcastic edge, I really did mean that sometimes they simply aren't aware of all things uploaded that may be copyrighted. Remember, we are from a lot of different countries here, and not everything is globally known as far as popular works that are copyrighted.
they draw you in to make you feel less uncomfortable, and then sik the lawyers on you
good luck! still a great looking site!
seems like a ton of Europeans refer to Americans as Yanks... must be that baseball team...
you called the right shot here! we are a pretty hypocritical lot, and this subject has been brought up before. good luck with it. one supposed reason is not all moderators are familiar with all copyrighted work, so some things get through. if you find any, let the admins know and supposedly they'll remove them so the site isn't sued. but like you point out, there is a bunch floating around and we'd rather complain about other sites than police our own here first...
Cali too...
So a Mule is a Horse's Ass?
Actually, I believe the original joke had the word "donkey" instead of mule, but I didn't want to type it all out....too lazy
that joke was friggin hilarious, ashu...
If frozen water is iced water, what's frozen ink?
and how many accounts are registered from the same ip address?
in dreamweaver, layouts like that seem to be optimized when using layers (absolute coordinates, including z axis simulation). i think, like i mentioned, that your absolute definition of the div tags set to begin somewhere in the mid-to-high 800 pixel range and extend horizontally from there are what's pushing the edge off the screen, but again, I'm still kinda new and unfamiliar with your software. sorry I can't be of much help. still, a very nice looking site!
