i also think it's some rare incompatibility. wonder what specs and windows version other affected players are using.. i've got: core2duo 6400 processor, asus p5b MB, 2 GB of ram, leadtek's 7900GT. vista 64 ultimate.

vista is fine, much more stable than xp..it's the game that needs some more patching.

nah..i keep my system tidy, i did a spybot sweep today, it only found some lame cookies..no trojans or crap like that. still the same laggy business in sins. @ kryo, i live in israel and got a 1500/500 cable connection, while its pretty distant from the rest of the gaming world i get relatively low pings (100-150) to most of europe. i understand i might get higher pings to u.s players but i don't understand those fluctuations..crazy pings that jump from 150 to 20000 in almo

got the same problem.. either the game starts and ends without any lag problems or, in most of the cases i start lagging from the start with ping jumping from 100 to 20000.. i don't have any download managers in the background and other multiplayer games work absolutely fine
