Propper way to report a crash? in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

When the game crashes, does it generate a crash report somewhere? The amount of times it crashes on my is getting very annoying, and I would like to propperly report these crashes so they can be fixed. Last time the game crashed on me, I litterally was not doing a thing, and it was my turn. I heard the music studdering, then crash =[ -Jordan

I opted in for this update hoping it would resolve all the crashes im getting, but now it seems worse. I cant even play my saved game. every time right after an enemey planet gets anexed and i click OK, it crashes. other times it would just crash randomly. I have a i7 3930 and 32GB RAM. the only thing I notice that is converning is the ammount of RAM and SWAP usage being used.

I have this problem too, and really grinding my gears. I don't think I have even completed a game online yet. I would either get that dump error or get disconnected from Ironclad, and thats what it tells me on my screen. My D-Link gaming router is configured correctly, and I host most of my games. This just happened to me today when I hosted a game. I thought it was interesting that when this happened it was exactly 3 hours into the game. What gives Ironclad?
