Some Demigods are way better then others at escaping from backdoor attempts, or defending. I think a lot of people need to stop viewing flag locks as some really

[quote quoting="post"]Someone walks right through the base, ignoring towers, etc. Gets the flag, and locks it. Game over. It is the winning move. No counter, nothing you can do. This map is awesome. btw I would recommend not making the center something overwhelmingly important, otherwise the complexity of the map will become superfluous as everyone just fights over the center. Make the center just an artifact shop. Scatter the important flags around the rest of the map.

Bat Swarm itself is obviously not an exploit, but using it to cross the gap from gold mine flag to base on Crucible probably is. [quote]Premades aren't playing at the "highest level of the game" because there currently isn't one. There is no team support in the game, so the number of premade vs premade games are extremely low. Right now premades are only playing against pugs, so by your logic premades right now are aren't worthy of providing their opinions on balance either. You can make the claim that premades have a higher knowledge of the game because they play in a true team setting
[quote]Now that is not true either. There are plenty of things relevant to what happens in the "minor leagues." Tactics/items/abilities which the average pug player is powerless (or unable) to stop will get nerfed regardless of whether or not the "top players" can counter it. Let's look at our old friend the Heart of Life, which the "pros" swore up and down the street was "ok." Yet, look what happened to it. While it seems tempting to balance the game for

My main issue is with double Beast, you can chain foul grasp, and spit has a huge damage that stacks. The synergy between two beasts is ridiculous and can only be countered by the generals (healing minions, shield, mist, heal, bramble). Eg two people playing spit UB essential

The ability to teleport is indeed an Erebus "perk," but imo was designed to be a combat tool allowing him to quickly chase and retreat, covering an amount of ground instantaneously that would normally take a couple seconds. The problem with the Crucible teleports, however, is that they cover an amount of ground that would normally take 20+ seconds to traverse (not to mention the danger of the normal path, or the fact that after the teleport you are standing next to the enemies only portal fla
The whole concept of a % chance to interrupt is horrid from the beginning. The reason why you interrupt someone is that they are doing something and/or you think they are about to do something, and you use a skill that you know will interrupt it. % chance interrupts lack both the deliberate timing and guaranteed nature of actual interrupts. The result is that they often trigger when nothing is happening but remain dormant when needed. Despite this, % chance interrupts are designed into a very

[quote]Odd, I had them exactly reversed. Generally the DPS reg seems to just not bring enough to the table, especially at rank 7, compared to a mine reg. In 2v2 combats, an allied reg can do strong damage to multiple enemies, often allowing your team to pull in major wins. Not just one kill, but two. Also, mines with any stun mechanism becomes an impressive damage do-er, and with shrapnel mines, it ends with a massive snare, astoundingly good for ganking. In compari
Mines Regulus is, to me, the official "I'm really annoying but I never win" build. Personally I'm glad it exists so that I don't have to deal with many DPS Regs, which are actually threatening after a while. FYI my perceptions are based on the 2v2 and 3v3 games I play with my team. If yours are different because you play in pugs a lot - thats why.
Her heal spell makes her very resistant to burst damage and negative effects. Her priest minions make her very resistant to damage over time. Well, what did you expect? Shes a defensive DG. As has already been suggested: she is vulnerable to stuns, interrupts, silence, etc. Things that make her heal not work properly. Also you might try going for someone else. Sedna is a tank, so you'd be wisest to accept that early and midgame she will probably control her lane 1v1, or e
