how do you intend to balence it if the vanilla factions dont have a titan, because as you said, the best way to take down a titan is not letting it get built or with your own titan?

i agree with eviliron, but there are still good games that have a dance feature just for fun, rohan and a few others, i think shihia or however it is spelled, anyway, also wow looks like a cartoon. a real good mmo needs to have people that actually look real, that makes it much better

they could have a anti missle point defense and a special ability like the tec heavy cruiser (i just cant think of the name right now) that allows them to run away from fights, that should at least give them a chance to get away if any dangerous ships come near, they do not need a defensive system, they need a way to escape

i say that you give one of the races a special "religion" and the advent were contacted by them, and they learned the religion from one of the races, and from tham, got thier teck. (suprisingly similar in story to supcom... [e digicons]*_*[/e] )

question answered... but one reason that they didnt send more ships in through the "other means of transport" could be that the size of the fleet was huge, but like you said only a very small amount came out where they were supposed to, meaning a problem with said tactic meaning that thier tech did in fact fail them. and the empre falls because they spent all of their resources on this and it failed...
