Mod please delete - Issue Resolved in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all, I created a custom race and set the ship type to one of the aval races. When I start a new game I have a flag ship, scout and colony ship. However, the only ship avail to build is the scout so I have no way of populating other planets. Is this normal? Am I suppose to train up to those? All the other races that I tested can build them right away so I think I'm missing something. Thanks!

I heard that we're all going to some heaven in the sky, paved with golden streets and rivers of wine. I'd trade it all for a GalCiv 3. Sadly, there is no evidence that either are going to happen.

@ StevenAus That at first glance seems reasonable to me. I'll tell you right now as a new player. Not being attacked by monsters is real nice. Gives me a chance to explore and do things. I think over all those that's pretty powerful.

Sorry first post. I just started testing a couple days ago. I don't really know the game very well so I entended on getting some play time in so I could get my feet under me. My newest game will not allow me to manualy fight mobs. It auto fights them. I can't for the life of me find what go changed "in the settings I'm guessing". So that in itself is a problem. However, my real problem with that mechanic is that I was loosing fights I know I could win with ease if I could&
