I hated it. It constantly bothered me and it slowed my computer down to a crawl. I didn't get any malware though. Then I got Norton '07, and now I have '08. I have never had any type of virus on my computer. Also, Norton internet security '08 is not a resource hog.

The bottom line is if you are a gamer there are only two choices, Windows or consoles. You have to go to where the games are. You cannot expect people to cater to your every need.

Running it in a window is a great way to gain a lot more fps. I'm running it in a window with all settings high and full AA, but I do not have bloom on(Eats up to many CPU cycles) and it runs great. I have a 1.83 GHZ Centrino Duo processor, 2GB ram, and a 256MB Nvidia GeForce go 7300.

Yea, I don't know why so many people say XP is much faster than Vista. I have Vista and it seems faster than XP. Unfourtantly, I have not and cannot update it to SP1 because of the darn SigmaTel audio drivers. Guess I'll have to wait. Oh, and a question. Has anyone with SigmaTel audio drivers 6.10.5343.0001 or earlier successfully updated to Vista SP1?

After I win or lose an all white screen comes up saying keep playing or quit. There should be a backround right? Or did they remove it in version 1.4? I never had this problem in earlier versions. Is anyone else having this problem?

Wow, sorry to hear about your problem. I am not experiencing this problem and I dont have as powerful a computer as you. I can run sins with everything on high(except bloom) and I run it in a window. Well, if the demo ran fine the full game should work just as well. Though, I would recommend an upgrade to your graphics card ( if you can get one) for the best experience with this great game.

As a precaution, one should always uninstall the specific game demo before installing the full version. Trust me, Ive had bad experiences with leaving a game demo installed while having the full version of that game on my computer.

I have this issue too. Running the game in a window fixed the crackling sound for me. Only in full screen, for me, does the sound crackle.
