If you want to normailze damage then it should be at least 24. Fleet supply cost 20% more 24/12*10 = 20 if you want it to equal to advent 19 damage then it would be 22.8 22.8/12*10 = 19
The reason I erred on a high number is because their attack upgrade is very expensive (the first level doesn't become available until level 4 iirc, which is higher than any other attack upgrade). As a result, the other HC's can easily have +10% or +20% researched before enforcers are even unlocked. I think upgrades notwithstanding enforcers should be the strongest HC, because Advent are the strongest once all upgrades are accounted for,
Advent is far from playing catch up Mind. Yes but when jj test had factored in vas rush advantage and it was 27-20 and ilums won but by 3 so if you factor in the time with it vas can still have a good margin of numbers very very early on compared to ilums.I do agree that head to head they are more powerful but maybe they should be.Its also harder to support a fleet the farther away it is.You shouldnt have to counter ilums with kanracks

Vas SB, cannon, phase hull
lol yeah change the damage back to anti cap!!!
In my first thread about lums people didnt like how it was a 1v1 battle. Not realistic enough. AI does reintegration at 50% of hp. Maybe Devs will allow us to set when the ai should autocast this ability in game.
the reason it seems that a building starbase is harder to kill the a built one is because the built one has its full hp and will go down in hp normally while the building sb is still gaining hp. So it may seem like it is stuck at say 1500 hp as you are attacking it. If you can overcome the build rate of the sb you can easily take it down before its made. FYI u can repair the SB at any time during the build time if hull damage has been done
LOL [Magog]Kruelgor. I remember him saying that. He said that with enough diciples you can counter lrms. LOL
I will test both fully upgraded and no upgrades. With ships focus firing on one ship, reintegration doesnt do much until the end where there are few ships.

Koda0 (^)
lol same thing happens when I drain a planet and an ally tries to colonize as I drain the planet. Ally loses the planet. Serves him right for trying to take a planet
Who do you think wins in the HC department? enforcers take up 12 supply vs 10 for the other 2 so 25 vs 30 should be fair right? Replay (updated 6/26/09) Using Entrenchment 1.03
your friend was a noob. 8 guardians with repulse would take out your fleet completely
Please reboot the server. People are having problems starting and joining games. Please dont tell us that ICO is on a windows machine/
Illusions for lums do not use fleet supply. Illusions can jump to another grav well. Cool down is 3 mins and last for 2 mins. I see advent players using illusions all the time. Usually pass the 30 mins mark. Lums can not be countered with HC. Either the player is dead cause he rushed HC or the advent player has repulse as well (or waits till they get repulse) and makes HC useless
Basically Devs like to nerf so no one uses it. So no one uses RA anymore. Same goes with subs
Quoting JohnJames, reply 2all test were done point blank in order to take full advantage of lums 3 beams. No micro just point blank. I suggest you try one where you actually allow the Vasari to have the advatage of a closing fight. Giving the Advent the advantage right off the bat skews the test in their favour already. That's not something you want if you're trying to prove that they're overpowered.
</
I can't say I'm not surprised, but I didn't think the results would be THAT slanted. I think I'd like to see a test where each side has every possible upgrade up to tier 3. I'm not trying to poke holes here, but you never see unupgraded fleets go up against unupgraded fleets. I'd just like to see Vas with 20% bypass, +2 armor, +25% health, or whatev their health upgrade gets, and +10% shields. Neutrals give Vasari a superior early ga
don't really see illums as overpowered in these tests. funny how no one was crieing nerf on illums until carriers got nerfed. remember that those damage upgrades don't stack as much as you'd think because of mitigation and it gets higher faster with the upgrades. if carriers were unnerfed this would help minimize the spamming of illums. remember that they get deadly in mass numbers where the side beams become deadly.
So first part was 1 lum vs 1 advent. Everyone commented it was not realistic. So heres part 2 of the test Test 1 (no upgrades) 20 Assailants vs 20 Lums 13 Lums survive Test 2 (no upgrades). This is to account for 2 extra mil labs and higher cost of lum research. Should only be 4 extra assailants. 27 Assailants vs 20 Lums 3 Lums survive Test 3 (Full Weapons upgrade on assailan
