windowblinds not loading..reboot in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

i tried over and aver again to install wb 5.5 on my vista os it keeps telling me to reboot when i try to run the program. i ran the beta with no problem. virus program was disabled along with spywear program all i do is install and unistall it..driving me crazy any help for this problem,suggestions ...etc would help
