Hello Everyone! I have a question! in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I'm quite new here, and I am wondering if there is a discussion board for suggesting ideas? I really want a Silent Hill Otherworld skin/blind but feel a little intimidated to make one myself.

It looks really awesome so far! My only problem with it is that it is too busy with all the images. I think less is more in these circumstances. Oh and also, the yellow text seems a bit off. Otherwise I think the colors look awesome! :D
