Follow up to my previous plea: I had paid via Paypal...which used a different email so it confused my Stardock acct. Once support merged the two addresses it was a snap to download the expansion sets. Just push install button. I guess if you are having trouble you might want to make sure that the game doesn't have you confused with someone else! LOL Anyway, all straightened out and happy with the tech and game support. I isn't immediate, but it works.

Hello, i think that I did what others have done here. My Paypal acct is set up under a different email than my Star dock acct. So, even though i got an email telling me that i purchased the expansion bundle, I can't for the life of me find a way to download it??? Why is this set up so goofy??
