My wife and I sat through a presentation yesterday after going through an open house on Saturday. The sales rep was a very nice guy. He originally quoted us $67K to finish just under 900 square feet. After a showcase discount, a $2000 off coupon and a phone call to his boss (all for show) to get the "flexible install discount" the price made its way down to $47K (about $52 a sq ft).
