I noticed that after installing the v1.08 patch to Elemental, the map, "Dragon's Head," is no longer an option with the maps. What gives? Maybe I missed that in the change log. Was it supposed to have been removed?

What is the best way to increase your military rating? I research weapons as quickly as I can, and I constantly upgrade ships, but the 'military rating' graph never seems to rise significantly. My economy is great, and my research is usually at LEAST 110.
