I personally think the Stardock software is innovative i don't see why you get so much bad criticism it gives powers to the people to be creative, and lets people who don't want to see the bland windows themes something new and amazing to look at rather then the same yellow folders etc.

Overlaping in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums
