I have the same issue ***Damn Vista*** I have run the Windows Experience Index and done multiple stop and restarts through DOS and doesn't seem to be helping at all. If anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated :-)
Hey Everyone Hoping someone may know a solution, I tried looking through the forums but cant seem to find an answer. Several weeks ago I installed the demo WindowBlinds desktop, fantastic skin program and worked great on my - Vista Home Edition Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU 520 @ 160 GHZ RAM 1526 MB However after paying for the application, uninstalling and reinstalling Window Blinds the skin application doesnt seem to apply the desktop background on
