My engineering staff appears to have a small problem in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

Just got my first Terror Stars online about two game weeks ago. They don't appear to move? Is there something, obvious or less than obvious I'm missing about using terror stars? I right click and it sits there, no 'flight plan', nothing. I've researched all five steps, using the Altarian tech tree, waited a couple weeks for any movement points to refresh, the terror star says [5/5] on the modules, I've threatened the lives of my minions and and screamed "Why am I surrounded by FOOLS!"

You can almost shut them down just by putting spies on their planet - seems to shut them down fairly hard and they don't seem to do counter espionage. Alternatively you can put a few engines on a ship and stay just close enough for them to chase you and lead them into the territory of someone you don't like anyway. Jonnan

Something I think is unbalancing, that it seems like could be updated would be "Eyes of the universe", and in general the AI not thinking sensors or engines are worth putting on a ship. Assuming that the AI is as bound by the same sensor ranges I am (Having shadowed enemy ships before, it seems to be the case that you can see them and not have them see you.), and that only anomalies are trackable outside visual range, it seems to me that AI's *really* should value sensors a bit more,
