Reply to download patch in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

Can you guys double check your patch file from version 1.0 to the latest. I have tried to download it twice now after reinstalling Galciv 2, (original game from the CD's, no expansions) and it gets to a little over 377 MB of 379 MB downloaded, and encounters an unknown error. ok, just doubled checked my email, and someone did contact me on 1/11, I sent the email on 1/3, so a little over a week, not quite two. My ticket number was : RLT-278507 The person who contacted me, asked me if I purchased the copy retail...which I'm pretty sure I stated in the email I sent. Anyway, I must have missed it when I checked my emails. Going to follow up with him, and see where I get. I may be back. Thanks for the reply.
