To answer my own question, I found a way to preview a map. You start a game, "Surrender" and then click "Keep playing". This makes the whole map visible (don't know why I didn't think of this before) Question 2: is there a difference between the different colored stars? (other than color?)
Is there a way to "Preview" a map built with GalaxyForge? I just want to be able to see the way it looks in game without having to manually explore everything. Edit: One more Thing. Is there a way to give a player all techs? I would like to be able to test that my wormholes work without having to move up the tech tree. Also, what are the chances that GalaxyForge could be made open source? (there can't be that much proprietary information in there...) That way the community coul
