Sorry that i didn't speak before about this issue councilors but counting or recording the "FOR" votes only on the bills is not a good practice. There is one single problem that makes this system useless. How can we differentiate people that didn't vote for the bill, from people that were afk during the voting process?t. If you want to vote against, the councilor just needs to do nothing. Than how can we diferentiate those councilors from people that simply wasen't here.</p

So far I can't figure out how to do anything but create a link to the image, which doesn't have quite the aesthetic I'm looking for (as in the screenshots for "The Kushana Initiative") This is what I currently have to post: https://doc-08-1k-docs.googleusercontent.com/docs/secure/v4qvrqncj424c2q3lb3e9ma3br0mic1r/etiuej4ka

I have just been providing things to discuss while there isn't much to do. When we have 10 or 20 colonies, every improvement isn't going to come up for a vote. We'll just have to propose broader ballot issues, in general, with only a few spe

I think i'll go with the drengi solely on the basis of the good background. the nanos one is a little too far-fetched for me (It's funny how you turn off your sense of disbelieve for some thing and not for others, it seems completely arbitrary to me).

I would like to propose a new layout. (It looks really diferent than the one on word but i think it's close enough) Production ____________________________________________________________________________ -Gunray Plan (Production to be divided at 30% military, 20% social, and 50% research) FOR: qrtxian, SarcFa, TMS2224 AGAINST: Noctilucus, Nikolai

If the commander agrees that we need more ships to keep colonizing further i will not vote against the proposal. I agree with the research plan also, although i still belive Xeno Economics should come first, and than follow that up with Sensors I, Xeno Industrial theory and Universal translators. Nothing more to say on this Front.

Well i would like to join. And like i said in the other post i want a machine race maybe the yor, but something like a machine apocalypse or roucge scientist building machines.
On the topic of colonizing planets in enemy territory, we should strike the right balance between expanding our borders and risking attrition (cultural flips) by having isolated planets too deep in enemy territory.
Tha is something i believe the commander can micromanage, no need for the council to discuss that.

Ah i forgot, there is no topic on this election i feel we must address as a party. I could say we should vote to keep xeno economics on the plan but i highly doubt anyone is going to contest that one. I also don't agree with councilor's TMS2224's proposal to build a industrial planet but that is hardly an issue, it is not my opinion we should do that, but i can understand that if we want to try and colonize planets on enemy territory we will need that planet, so the party will leave t

Greetings Commander and fellow councilors. I need to congratulate the commander and his staff on this one, i don’t think i have much to add this time. First things first, Commander Mekoides i agree with your plan. Councilor -___-’s idea for colonization is sound, but this are specifics that the commander and his staff are best equipped to deal with. I don’t agree with Councilor&rsq

Let's bring it down.
Well i wouldn't know about that councilor but i do feel he is taking an unhealthy approach to this matter. Surely we do not need a technology which we won't use for years, Nor do we need to deviate resources from our colonizing efforts. Building war ships this early on would be wasteful. I would like to know that all members feel comfortabl

I simply wish to protect the Initiative. Also, if my proposal is outdated by the time of the next session then I will retract it. Now stop insulting me please, I hate being compared with inatimate objects like nuts, plus I am allergic to nuts. Seriously, insult me again and I won't

Well Councilor TMS2224 you seem to be the one misunderstanding the Coalitions motive. As i have stated before, the coalition is not an anti-war or anti-imperialist party. The Coalition is a party wich advocates for an economic and diplomatic development of this initiative, and although we are not anti-war, we surely are anti-wastefull-war. The Coalition was created to get together like minded councilors who opposed your initial proposal and your further compromise, which a
