Will the dock be available for download for current Dell (Vista)users?
I tried, and it does not appear to be available for current owners if it didn't come preloaded. So I'll stick to the free ObjectDock.
I don't know about this, kids nowadays are 'growing up' with computers. So they are much more savvy when it comes to all this tech than your average 40 year old.
Having grown up with that generation, most aren't very tech savvy beyond working a cel
OK, How does one get invited to the ALPHA testing since the Beta will never happen anytime soon?
You would have to work for them. Patience.
You'll need to find an application that can use .skp and save as .xsi.

Looking as SOGE's files, it appears that these lines in the planet .entity file control the grav well and overall movement area size: moveAreaRadius hyperspaceExitRadius
Why didn't they just release all these changes in small bite-sized chunks to keep us occupied, rather than waiting to release everything in one giant patch?
'Cause they wouldn't have amusing threads like this one. Or conspiracy theories.
Perhaps not if its included on newer models of your machine, you may be able get it from the Dell downloads page with your Service Tag.
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that download only works if you had it installed previously.
Why is it that the beta was never released? It says you can get it off of impulse, but I've tried everything (including clicking the option to have impulse show me pre-release software), and haven't found anything.
Not out yet. Soon.
I just hope this doesnt turn ouit to be like duke nukem forever.... 10 years and waiting!
Or worse, Daikatana.
I rather like the new designs. However, they are upping the max number of capital ships to nine...
I bought mine two months to early...
Running that could well cause the game to appear like a modded version to the system, and so you probably wouldn't be able to play with other people who didn't have it.
I was in on it all along. Wait, maybe I shouldn't have admitted it...
Doom on you!
How were we so BLIND?!??
Cleansing Brilliance and the other Advent powers. Obviously we are just pawns in a far larger game then we could possibly imagine.
(No black out in 10 years)
Can you come zap the people at my power company?
Not just SoaSE, many things look like that or similar. Such as SupCom's factions.
Nooooooooooo! I sold my SOUL for this patch
Should've waited 'til Thursday.
If I had the money to spare, I would. Value depends a lot on how much you depend on the computer. If all you ever do is check email once a week, it's probably not worth it. If you're running critical software for a business, it's probably a good thing. As a college student who lost half an essay to a short blackout, I kinda wish I had one. And had saved more often.
Forget modding, that would be a completely new game! It's simply not possible to mod the game that way.
I got it on my first game only five planets in. ;)
Oh good. I thought I was missing something here.
Does he mean phase lanes?
If so, the only way is to make a new map.
It would be seriously hard to monitor all the chat in game, especially since it's a whole bunch of 'em running at once.
Uh... what's the Alignment Thing?
You should be able to load up Sins no problem, then enable the mod through the Options - Mods menu. If it doesn't work with your version, it would probably crash upon enabling.
