I would like to request that, since you are not "officially" supporting mods in the retail release of Demigod, you at least keep the basic mod support that does exist in the game, at the moment, in. I understand that you cannot afford to spend time on a Mod Manager for demigod, but if you at least leave the mod support in the game engine I have a nice Mod Manager going here</a

The idol increases your war rank by 1 at any time you hold it. So, if you cap it in the beginning of the game you will have war rank 2 while the enemy has war rank 1. War rank is not indicated anywhere, yet.

One more thing, i think the game feels a bit unresponsive. I click, and it takes a while for the hero to move. This in multiplayer against AIs only. This because, like SupCom, there is a minimum net lag imposed of 200ms(?). If you are playing against just AIs you can lower this if you like. In-game press cntl+` to open the console in console type "net_lag #" where number is the ms lag you want to set. Press ` to close console
To confirm-Eight demigods on retail release.Heh, and based off PAX feedback, we'll be moving the abilities to 1-4, F1-F4 and camera controls to WASD.
So, does that mean 5 v 5 is out, or the unique option is out?
Let me put it like this: Demigod is aiming to solve some of the most basic problems in on-line gaming: Because your Demigod gets better in a persistent universe, experienced players have an incentive to keep with their hero and its stats rather than "smurfing".
Is this kind of like Black and White was? You level your Demigod in single player and then can take him online to compete with others? Sounds like a cool game option, I guess.

Thanks for the journal entry. Nice to get some back story on how the game was started. I am looking at trying to get into the gaming industry and it is nice to get a small behind-the-scenes glimpse.
