Yeah, I didn't mean to sound like I was posting a solution, sorry for any confusion. I'm just trying to get the devs' attention, since the impulse forum seems a little slower. Also, I think our experiences point towards a Geforce 5/6-specific game bug rather than an Nvidia driver issue. When graphics-hungry shooters like Bioshock are running much smoother than PM, there's something really wrong and turning down game settings isn't the answer.

I came across this post searching online: http://tgnforums.stardock.com/315583 It seems all four of us with this issue (us + the two on that post) have Geforce 6 series video cards and are running Windows XP with SP2. The OS could be just a coincidence since that's what most people h
Tototot, could you please list your system specs? I'm wondering if we have some of the same components
Hi, I just purchased and downloaded Political Machine 2008, only to find that the game would crash every time I tried to start a game. I eventually got it into the game by turning off multisampling and lowering the resolution to the default 1024x768 (which looks pretty aweful on my widescreen lcd), but it still crashes "randomly" during gameplay. Even before it crashes, I'm getting ridiculously low frame rates (it runs much slower than Bioshock or Oblivion, for comparison). I'm have
