no sirs! you, dimstog/rpanic, are NOT having the same issue. Notice the original post was August 8th. Go find a post that actually pertains to the version of the game you're playing. (I will accept that some bugs may still exist that were in the beta, but I can almost promise it is not this one)

There WILL be... but not yet apparently. I imagine there will be a good number of books. Stardock's method of countering piracy is to have constant and very solid updates, in this case opting to include entire segments of the campaign with the patches. I'd kill to have 5-10 hours added to more games in future patches (I'm looking at you starcraft 2... making me wait like 2 years for more single player content)
I have not had elemental crash on me in a long time (though I'll admit I did not play much of the beta after beta 2, but I actually did not have it crash on me much even then. My peers did though, I think my computer is just too awesome) I am a little surprised. Personally I have yet to encounter any bugs that I would not throw into low priority graphical bugs. (they bother me because I'm anal like that, but I do not feel they are a big deal. Con
YES! YOU ARE REALLY BAD! I'm joking. I consider myself pretty good at RTS games, and sometimes I even get by butt kicked. (I'm a sore loser to AI too. Like they take one of my major systems and I rage quit. don't have that problem against human opponents, but those AI players have no sense of humor) Yeah, what the the previous posters said. what difficulty are you playing? As with any RTS, maximizing income v
I, personally, am happy to see somebody so pleased they were willing to type up such an extensive letter. Its inspiring to see people so motivated. They say that one is 10 times more likely to say something bad to another person than something good. And when one has so much good to say, it means something. I expect the devs will be pleased to read this.
Quoting landisaurus, reply 2I was going to say it means I want to marry you. You would seriously propose to me with a ring that was half-blue, half-green? Or one that is even more multi-colored but isn't a complete circle? If it ain't solid gold, you can't afford me
yeah, I'm kinda cheap like that. Why buy a good metal ring when I can get cheap colored stuff like plastic. The kind of ri
I have a problem where half my units disappear after a battle. I'm pretty sure they were just dead though. Yeah, I think the auto-stacking can be a little disorienting at first. Obviously if you're aware of the way units stack, and can confirm that's not it please say something. It sounds like that happened in the instance that is not involving the dragon.
I was going to say it means I want to marry you.
I'm helping move this to the top, just because its a shame to see your question go unanswered. Pretend I'm flaming or something worthy* of bumping a post. I might suggest changing the title to something that is more descriptive or makes more sense. I think if you said "I have a couple questions" or "questions about gameplay" or something like that it would be sooner spotted by those who would help out. the 'questionscouple' thing I believe to
"Screw the people playing the free [demo], if they want updates faster they can buy the full version" is a quote from a developer with whom I currently work. (In response to me saying our free trail version sucked and we should update it to include some of the newer features. In fairness though, it should also be noted that our 'full version' can be played for up to 24 hours before purchasing.)
note to self: create "THIS GAME ROXORZ" thread after the initial 72 hours. Personally, frogboy, I'd be weary of saying "people can [] detract to their hearts content." in reference to something you've got to moderate. Because some hearts require a lot to be content.
I recall another wiki existing before. I (or somebody) should likely check on that and get them all roped together.
yay! divinewrath to the rescue. So do you need help tracking down questions :D
Hehe. that's the best way to put a complaint up to the devs I've seen so far. Hope on qualified enough will be hired to take the job:D
well, lets see your resume good sir! Can't just show up and say "I hope I'm qualified" without a resume or portfolio or something.
Everybody loves the first day of a new game release. If nobody played on the first day, nobody would complain about stuff that breaks and then it wouldn't be fixed until the day after.... So cry away I say. But be aware that problems are going to exist.
Prime time? that is like about 6-8 o'clock in the evening right? Yeah, I wouldn't be TOO worried about memory leaks. That being said, there may even still be some after release that will be patch quickly. I'm certain they will have enough leaks patched for release to let the game float. And most stardock titles are sleepers anyway (at least historically)
I guess key combinations are much easier than constantly string-parsing everything that is typed to see if a cheat is entered. :D I feel like the 'deselect' hotkey should be a feature. >_>; like not a cheat at all since it didn't really DO anything.
awesome THUMBS UP!
eeps spartan, I think you got some nasty script in there somehow. the images are not appearing for my browser. Did you copy paste something in a recent edit? either that, or did you feel they all should be taken down?
*sniff* It seems like only yesterday the game was struggling to get past Beta 1. Already its growing up so fast.
I know I most look forwarding to seeing Diplomacy raised to the same level as the other 4. I anticipate a lot of good diplomacy units and abilities in the final release.
Would not some of them instead have no ability to summon tuna, but rather be granted other zoo related spells? "Mass-animal care" perhaps. "Clean water" would be highly useful in a zoo of tuna.
I am fairly certain its been more than considered. Just it isn't a very major feature to implement, and I can't imagine it would need much in the way of testing (in comparison to other features) some quest events, if nothing else, can count as random events. Surely we'll see something similar to Galactic Civilization's events as well.
Just look what happened to Siegfried and Roy and their "tame" Lions.
The general who fielding a unit of "Bear Calvary" is not worried about the well being of Seigfriend and Roy or anybody else dumb enough to play with their obviously dangerous animals. The idea is "kill the other guys at the sacrifice of possibly the trainer(s) and a rider if the rider isn't tough enough to keep his bear in check" Nobody rides into battle on "tame" animals (well they
Hey, I got me the notion to make an Elemental: War of Magic theme'd app for phones with 2.1 or higher. (grammar is intended) I was just curious who here might actually be able to use it. (Very likely going to make it anyway, but I figured I should ask to see how much inherit community support might exist) One of the main things I want to know is if you usually use your phone vertically (where it is taller than it is wide) or hor
