Packages are located in a different folder. Check in all of the user\ directories and remove all sound packs, that should take care of it. Worked for me. You redownload packs.

Has there been a fix for sound packager on vista 32 mine still crashes when loading and ive tried everything suggested? Wonder if i can get a bad product refund?
