Shall we designate specific content to be developed? Obviously there will be plenty of user created guides that will be made but things like comprehesive and interactive skills/items/demigods information stores. This way we would avoid two different people working on the same information. We'd have to speak with Chirmaya and Sol Invictus to organise it on demigodguru.com :) The next thing I'm aiming for is an interactive hero designer similar to the one on the DOTA websit

Is there a chance it could be showing the health of anther building directly near the building you are attacking? I have noticed that while attacking a building if you target another then come back to your target the "popup" health bar will say the correct targets name but will still be showing the health bar of the other building.

I've just added some guides to my website, they cover most of the information gathered from in the game, I would expect them to be useful, especially to anyone who can't actually play the game just yet. See them here: [link="http://www.scarylogic.com/viewforum.php?f=4"]DEMIGOD GUIDES[/link]

I use http://feeds.feedburner.com/Stardock/25/forum/470 to keep up with the Publisher feeds, http://feeds.feedburner.com/Stardock/25/forum/472 (Demigod Beta) and http://feeds.feedburner.com/Stardock/25/forum/471 (Demigod Ideas) don't seem to work for me either.

I'm looking forward to being part of the Beta. Sounds like the development of this game is going to be something special. Will there be an NDA of sorts and will we be given a guide of what kinda of feedback you prefer for each stage of the Beta?

When it comes to paying monthly subscriptions for a game or any other product or service I am happy to pay if I feel the price is worth it. In WOW's case? 50-60 cents a day for a game I was willing to play for around 4hrs a day? That is a bargain. My personal opinion is that I would prefer to pay a flat subscription fee rather than playing a "free" game where you have to pay for the premium content therefore creating a clear distintion between the haves and have-nots.

This thread was a good read. If I can comment, the way it works in DoTA with kill stealing and denying kills, this is just an inherent way in which the Warcraft III engine works therefore it had to become part of the stratagy. Seeing as GPG are making their own game they can control how gold is distributed, as long as the formula used doesn't involve you killing your own units or fighting "team mates" for killing blows then I will be happy.

Added a couple more news items I found today.
The February '08 and Oct '08 (Current issue) of PC Gamer have a Demigod previews in them.
I did add one new link to demigodguru which has some scans of the February issue of games for Windows magazine, I'm not really comfortable with linking to scans though. If anyone wants me to remove that link I will.
