I think anybody should be able to participate. If they are judges, they can only submit entries into other categories. If they are Stardock employees and win for a particular category, they have to donate a portion or the entire prize to somebody they deem the winner (or to the second place winner). Those are my 2cents. When are these Championships starting!?

Norton sometimes does this when files are being written or when the registry is being used. Some DX themes/objects/widgets use files and/or the registry to store information. If the theme was downloaded here, you are 100% ok to accept the script to run in the future.

You forgot some of the other great features in IE7. Printing has been GREATLY improved and page zooming is pretty cool. We just have to remember that this is just a preview of IE7 and is mainly intended for developers to test it out on their pages and is not feature complete. As with other browsers there are pros and cons with IE7. I can't wait to see the next release.

Your host should have information on how to upload your files to the server. There should also be information about the ftp server your data is stored. You can take this information, say (ftp.wincustomize.com l:mylogin p:mypass), and create a new site in Dreamweaver (Site > New Site). Do people really lack common sense nowadays? It's unfortunate that some people find lawsuits like this to be the only way to make money. Something like this always reminds me of the fat person who sued a fast food restaurant claiming it was their fault. Or the lady who sued because she got hit by a train ...
