Because Wb has to follow the MS default skinning route which nowadays more and more software have its own skinning scheme instead. It would be insurmountable that try to alter/adapt all considering this is one man's work. I do wish WB can be more superior than MS style theme in premium way,alas it fell short when even come to skin the native windows parts.

Just for the records,you can edit the WB skin files(.uis|.sss) with the text editor,sometimes the setting go aberration that you have to overhaul entire parameters to target the specific area.

1.SkinStudio can,on the other hand,you're not going to "mess" around system colours,it simply just "blended" in which designed by skinners. 2.Just revert to default theme.

Very simple,just delete those parameters in skin files (Sinstudio) related to Taskbar or its image,it would revert to the default skin.

I think you may tweak the parameters on the vertical bar in SkinStudio having a black painting issue like old skins on new OS.
