Of course old skin would lack of newest OS parts since the intentions of it wasn't prepare for them,it has to be updated/upgraded by the skinners.;it's compatibility of issues I am talking about. For dark theme,you may tweak the colorize skin feature in Windowblinds. Not promise anything,but it's worth a try.
