Ok, WB7 updated and I don't have this issue with the start menu anymore. The history file state:
WindowBlinds 7.00 beta 2 ------------------------------- New UI
I don't see a new UI, my version still claim to be beta release 1. If beta 2 has not been released that comment doesn't really belong in the history file, as it's more like a predicition. :D Perhaps 'View History" should be 'Version Information' instead... It would mak
I want to download either Foxfire or Google Chrome for my browser. does anyone know if Window Blinds works well with either one??? Thanks.
Download both, WB will handle them just fine.
You are a brave gal'. I salute you for pushing your limits! :) I think a quote from Zen Pinball is apropriate here: Amaze the unbelievers!!
Just because you can't see my motives, it doesn't mean they are not there. :D I don't want everything accessible through one menu. I want a whole bunch of things readily available without the incinvenience of having to browse through a small menu where pretty much every item look the same. Thus, OD+ is a perfect complement because I can put applinks there without cluttering up my desktop. I do NOT want to put a link to every file I work with on my dock or in rightclick, so it'
Rightclick and fences serve different purposes. My "perfect stardock desktop" would consist of: WB OD+ RC Fences As long as they all are/will be worked on, I'm fine. OD+ is way longer overdue than RC is... It makes perfect sense to have them all running even though I'm all for a minimalistic desktop. I want minimalism without sacrifice of functionality.
There isnt(as far as I know)any reason to run WB7 on Vista yet. What your seeing probably has to do with the new Win7 search results menu...which isnt on Vista.
So you're saying something in the lines of "wait for a version with new stuff in it, so we can have more bugs at the same time on Vista"? I don't agree. I think it's better to get the bugs even on Vista as soon as possible, that's why I run the beta. :D
I updated windowblinds to the latest beta, and now the start meny isn't as transparent as it used to be: Doesn't look absolutely dreadful, but it's not as pretty either. :P (Vista Home Premium x64 - Swedish version)
By the way.... Choosing "more info" on the app display this: "Stardock's Tweak7™ enhancement application helps you configure Windows Vista to meet your personal needs by improving performance." And trying to install Tweak7 on Vista returns "This program is not compatible with your current operating system"... So either one is incorrect, I would assume it's the info page. :)</
Will we get a tweakvista-into-7 app too? ;)
Did you know? ... that a banana tree is not a tree, it's a herb, thus making the banana itself a berry rather than a fruit. ... that bamboo is nothing other than a form of grass? ... that I don't feel like coming up with more stuff like this anymore? So bye bye for now. :D
Nope, cannot be trusted... Getting a crappy download. I'm usually around 40-50Mbit... Connected my old router to get wifi to my ps3, seems to affect my PCs network performance negatively.. I need a new one.

I decided to try do something with this skin again... And I got some of the bugs fixed, but where the heck do I sort out the icon problem shown on this picture: *mumble* Skinstudio is such an annoying piece of software to work with. Stardock needs a professional UI designer to give it a major overhaul.

Well, I don't really give a crap if I'm gay or hetero. My experiences on getting turned on has been limited to the female spectrum of humanity this far, but should it somehow turn and I suddenly find myself attracted to men I'm prefectly fine with that. There are other things more important to start a fuss about in life. :)

Bah. When an INDEPENDENT organization comes with proof I'll believe it, I do photoshop too. LOL.
