Sorry I missed your licensing question in the prior post. It is one per machine. But if your machine breaks, you can always reinstall. Or if you get a new computer, you can install on the new one, provided you uninstall from the old one. 1.The "and more" would be anything that we decide to add to the subscription in the future. 2. The license keys for the products in Object Desktop are all the same key. It is bound to your account so products cannot be issued to other users.</

Translation for the applications within Object Desktop varies. Some applications like Start8 offer a variety of languages and others offer no or limited localization. There are free trial versions of the applications that you can find from the list here: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/information.asp

You can upgrade from a standalone app to the Object Desktop subscription for $34.99 here: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/purchase.asp

Thanks for the suggestion. If you do not want to purchase the subscription, you can buy the apps you want, which do not expire, unlike the subscription. $35 is cheaper than the subscription, you get only what you need, and you can use it forever.

Thank you for the report. I was able to duplicate this here. I have forwarded this issue for further review.

Language cannot be changed in the settings. The language files are located in the Start8 install folder (typically C:\Program Files\Stardock\Start8\lang).

English is offered but Norwegian is not. If there is no language file to match your Windows installation, Start8 will default to English. If you have not already, you can get the free trial here to see how it works: https://www.stardock.com/products/start8/download.asp

Your purchase and registration would be handled digitally. After you purchase, you can visit your accounts page to retrieve products you have purchased: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products Start8 will detect what language is on your system and apply the appropriate language file accordingly. Norwegian is not one of the currently offered languages.

Anyone that is unable to register within the Gamestop app can register their serial with us. The only thing with that is, the update that shows up for download on your account will not work with the retail disc install. In that case, it would be necessary to download the entire game install from us and then any updates going forward would work.
