Well i notice alot more low simspeeds in beta only because there's more 4v4+ games. As there are more players, bigger maps, it requires more cpu. If you are aware of ppl with low sim speed, tell them about it, ask them to turn everything down, and tell them to join a smaller map like prison. you can still do 5v5 on prison.

Play in the beta patch. I notice today May 9th, the beta patch was filled with pros or decent players that don't kill themselves again and again. Also you get more 4v4+ in beta so it's no longer 1 person dominating. It's a group effort.

There are 2 good regulus builds imho. I switch between these 2 builds depending on the map and who I'm fighting. 1. snipe and mines 2. snipe and flying wing (don't remember the name) You can have all 3 skills if you reach level 20 but that doesn't happen often in games. I do agree that the variety in the builds per hero needs to be balance. My original argument in the OP is that it's overall balanced between the 8 demigods.

Sins sold 100k units in over 3 weeks. So that means Demigod will reach 100k unit sold this weekend. Imagine how much more you could have sold if there were no multiplayer issues and started your marketing ad campaign on launch week. Sins sold more than 500k units in 2008 (rank #14 NPD pc sales overall 2008), so Demigod might be on track to sell that many units as well.

Stardock is publish and gpg is the developer. you are right. You hear more from stardock because you are on the stardock forums and gpg are just more quiet like all other game companies. Stardock does the multiplayer part, distribute through impulse which happens to be own by stardock and the forums. It looks like there isn't any Demigod that is overpowered. The only underpowered Demigod is Queen of Thorn. Rook's tower is not over OP Regulus mines and snipe is not OP Erebus bite is not OP</

i have never played a game where you can set the audio settings high or low. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Can people really hear the difference between high and low? I've been playing on the default which is high.
