Just got the below response. " Hello, If you right click on the game's entry in Impulse, and select 'Show first run info', a window will pop up with the serial number you need." I'll try it when I get home. Posted here for anyone else that may run into a similar probleem. Thanks

I purchased DAO Ultimate and was never given the key for the DLC. I tried the automated email request for serials, and while it lists it there (as it does for the guy a few posts up) it never actually gives me the code. I've got a ticket out there, but the response time on it has been pretty slow. I'm guessing the support folks are playing catch up after being out during the sales that were going on. I'm curious if anyone knows a way for me to access that code without having t
