This is why the Nintendo Wii is such a huge success and making lots more profits than the HD consoles. I still play video games because I still have some child lefted in me Now that you agree you don't watch your parent having sex shows that you do draw the line some

Actually, I'd say that EA over the last year or two have shown a lot more willingness to stretch themselves creatively than say...Activision.

Actually, I see glimmers that EA is starting to move in a positive direction. And at least they're willing to try creating some new material, as opposed to Activision.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the demo for this. Being a fan of the opriginal Tropico I expected to be faced with some piece of crap new game that ruined memories of the old, but it's very well done.

All they can do is make suggestions. You're kidding right? Stardock can tell EA to take their Securom and shove it. Yes, it means hurting sales (at least short term) but it worked for Steam and I believe in the long term customers would trust Impulse even more. Besides it should be pointed out that EA's

Stated on the BioWare boards by BioWare devs that it's not SecuROM or Tages, but just a simple disc check. Now, seeing as that was the same thing used on the Sims 3 and it turned up here with SecuROM, my money's on Dragon Age getting SecuROM as well. But only time will tell. I'm sure the

I spent a long time with an Apple computer as a kid, so I'm trying to remember what game was the first for our new PC when we finally went that direction. I'm pretty sure it was either Empire Deluxe or Doom...those were the first 2 I had but I cannot remember in what order they were purchased.

I re-downloaded and installed the demo, and it is patched up to 1.2 anyway. I have had a MUCH better experience this time around. Also, the ability to tone down the post processing effects is greatly appreciated (I found the bloom effects were WAY overdone without them being turned town). It's still got a wicked learning curve, but that's okay. And I'm actually enjoying it a lot more this time around. I need to spend more time with it before deciding, but I'm about a thousand times more likel
