Well, me and a few other people are making a total conversion mod and we want to make a hole new tech tree, but with the currant version some of the AIs are hard coded so we can not do a tech tree mod yet. I was wondering if the Expansion pack fixed the problem with the hard coded AIs and allowed the AIs only to use the techs that were avaible and decide on it's own what to research.

You can post any where you like. It would be easier for me and orangebear to catch your posts at CDG, but I monitor both forums. Good values (Bonus, and BC) have to be negative (Even if they have a + in front of them the game will make them into a negative). Neutral values can be positive or negative. Evil value has to be positive (Even if they have a - in front of them the game will make them into a positive).

Yes. Download the v1.0.0. Which is here: http://www.ctuit.com/bill/gcinstall.zip Then download v.1.2.3. The one that came out in 6/11/03. Which is here: http://www.ctuit.com/bill/GCWriterv_1_2_3.zip Unzip the first one into one folder. Then use the setup.exe to install the GalCiv Writer into another folder. Then unzip the last file I list over the folder with GalCiv Writer installed. It will over-write the files in the folder. You sould then have everything installed. Orangebear, a

I posted one of these once and no one else posted on it. Oh, well. CDG is a great place. You will find great mods there that you can't find anywhere else. You can find the Star Wars mod, the Red Drengin ships, and the upcoming Star Trek mod. You can also find lots, and lots of events, and anomilies.

CDG has created a game of democracy for Galactic Civilizations. A game of democracy is a game where a community of players come together to jointly play a game. That community elects a President to play the turns, a Science Minister to manage research, a Military Minister to manage the military, etc.. To find out more about the game go here: http://www.cdgroup.org/forums/tbs/gc/index.php?h=1&pf=71 [Note] We need more players. We need ministers to take care of parts of the game and s

There not my forums, but thanks. They are run by CDG, and I am one of the moderators for the GalCiv forums there. The Game of the Month is one of the things we are trying to do to add to the community.
