Thanks for the quick response. I tried using DesktopX 3.5, and I still got the same error. I was not trying to run any particular widget. The error appeared immediately after starting the DesktopX program. I finally figured out how to get DesktopX 4 to appear in Impulse, and so far it appears to be working. Yay! Thanks again for your help. Now back to trying to get RightClick and OD Launchpad to work.
I just recently purchased and installed ObjectDesktop on my son's laptop. Everything works except DesktopX, ObjectDesktop Launchpad and RightClick. When we try to run DesktopX we get the error "dxwidget.exe has stopped working". His operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit . We have tried to download the latest beta version of DesktopX, but it does not show up for us in Impulse and I can't find anywhere else to download it from. Any
I just purchased Object Desktop Ultimate and downloaded it, but all of the components did not install. The only components that installed are: Window Blinds Icon Packager Desktop X DeskScapes Sound Packager My Colors The following components are grayed out and not installed, and when I try to install them nothing happens.
