Maim always triggers. and I am just talking about Maim atm^^

No sevenix Maim doesnt stack with itself, but you usually get Wyrmskin debuff soon or later when you are in a fight with Reg. What I want that it something like that: Level 1 I 2.5 II 5.0 III 7.5 IV 10 Level 2 I 3.25 II 7.5 III 10 IV 15 Level 3 I 5 II 10 III 15 IV 20 Should probably be even less, or more hits you need to reach maximum. But just that you get the idea what I am talking about.
Maybe maim should get stronger with each cumulative shot you land. So it has a low base value and you have to hit someone several times to reacht its maximum strenght. So you can at least run away when Regulus hit you only once or twice.
I dont see why this scroll will end the stun ownage. Imagine a Rook has the ring himself, someone tries to stun him he activates ring - hammerslams, and then he can even stun afterwards himself. It just makes the whole situation somewhat different. But wont solve the situation. And one big concern I have are AoE spells. Lets say 3 people of a team get the scroll and they see TB casting Ice-Rain on them, they all activate the scroll Then means TB
The Problem I see is that if you take Frogoboys logic that rooks hammer and Regulus snipe are "non-magical" almost no skill is "magical" and some are really hard to tell. Queen of Thorns summons well Thorns to damage, which are physical. Sednas pounce is physical, only her 200 dmg from max level heal is magical UBs Venom spit could be magical or Physical but well it doesnt help there a lot anyways because UBs skills are overtime effects, except you want to reflect the

Only works on magical spells (i.e. rook hammer slam and boulder roll not affected nor is Regulus’s sniper shot or other non-magical effects). b. Ring of rebound. Instant cast time. Upon use, any spell cast on that player or area around player within the subsequent 2 se
@Ultimeh I think this needs some more testing. UB biggest disadvantage is that his main damage output is normal damage. So the wisest thing to do vs UB is to go for High Armor. You can easily get to 50% Armor. TB, Rook etc do a lot of damage with spells which arent decreased by Armor which gives them an advantage over UB in that matter. I will need to analyse that a bit, but maybe people just dont play the clever counter vs UB right now. Not sur
not less fun for the "team gank" because flag capturing and locking has nothing to do with ganging up on your opponent. It will make it almsot impossible to hinder someone from capturing your portals and lock it in late game. Now you see someone capturing your portal and you can teleport to that place. But if you teleport into your enemy with 3 sec cooldown you will die in 90% of the cases. Lets take a Sedna TB combo. First you get silence for 4 secs (if skill isnt maxed) then

Gerry, during the early times of battle.net almost nobody had a router and routers are what cause all the pain. If you check out starcraft or diablo nowadays you will notice that it works far from perfect with routers and even Warcraft III isn't that good with them - I can't play custom games with my bro in the same game for example despite having all configured properly.
