Problem with trying to re-install Sins in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Now, I know this is my fault, but I really need some help...I uninstalled Sins and Entrenchment from Control Panel and when I tried to download & install the games again there's an error saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", then the downloading progress stops. So I was wondering if somebody could help me fix this issue. thx
