to be able to spy on minor races..... and to break alliances with minor races. Can't do neither at the moment, even though I get a message that tells me I should invest more into espionage vs. minors. I can also make alliances with minors, but I cannot break those alliances. Not sure if that would be too much....but.... Actually....either be able to break alliances with minors....or not be allowed to form those alliances.

at the moment, we cannot break alliances with minor races. I posted about this on another forum somewhere (I think it was Quarter to Three). Brad said that he would look into it. We cannot spy on them either (minor races, that is). I am hoping that eventually (sooner than later?) that those two are put in. Minor races can become somewhat powerful. I have noticed that I get mes

Does the slow tech speed affect the AI also, or just me? There was no way I was able to keep up with ANY of the AI's tech research on my last game. I was about 6 techs down vs. every nation (4 other Majors). Just wondering, cause not sure I am going to run that setting for awhile again. Chris

I agree 100%. I even remember different groups trying to "ban" Christians from being allowed to vote a couple years ago. Sure, they said it was all in jest....but really....dems and liberals are fearful when the "moral majority" starts to wake up.

King was a political leader and spent her life pushing a political agenda, so what better way to memorialize her than to promote some of her ideas and to point out some of the abuses of power in Washington today? I’d say it was perfectly fitting. and yet another example of the far left hav

hmmm.... "You have offended me. Therefore, I will hunt you down, and murder you in your sleep with a pitchfork, as I rape and kill your wife, and put your children into slavery....all while burning your home to the ground. Your offense to me is because of my religion, and therefore, is justified. Oh, by the way....I am a Christian, and the 10 Commandments said so." Does that make any sense? No...it doesn't. But....that is what you are

i don't personally have a problem with what he wrote....because to be honest, I am tired of all the PC crap going on in America also. But usually, when someone is called on be politically incorrect, it is the (usually) left calling the right on it, NOT the other way around. And I am still wondering, what does Jesus have to do with this? As Christians are the brunt of much of the left's mockery, and Christians are expected to just accept it. I mean, really....even in this article there

but the question arises: What have the democrats proposed as a solution to fix the problem? We can sit here and yell at each other all day long about how Bush's proposal sucked....while still the democrats STILL have not offered anything. The Democrats' grab-assing and back-slapping about their defeating Bush's proposal may have been held in a bit higher esteem if they actaully got off their sorry asses and tried to fix something. But

all i have got to say is: Thank God I am not average!! our wages have gone up....my wife was promoted....I just got the highest raise you can get where I work. We bought a house this year. We are getting 6100 dollars back in taxes. I am on the verge of getting promoted also. Oh, and our heating bill for our house has been floating around 200-250 dollars a month in the winter, and that is keeping the house at a nice 75 degrees. <

I didn't say it had anything to do with his "fitness" for the Supreme Court. The only way I could see it having any legitimate effect on the hearings would be if the documents showed some indication that Alito was actively involved in the group to which he stated he only faintly remembers joining. It could show that he has some i

Anyone else have this title? I bought it for my 5 yr. old son for Christmas (he loves Tractors & Trucks & Trains). Anyways, I installed it on my pc, downloaded the update, ect ect ect. I have updated pretty much everything on my pc....Civ4 runs fine...WoW runs fine....Eve runs fine

There have been recent articles, sighting high level White House sources that say Bush gets nasty when anyone questions him even BEFORE he takes a public position. That is why Powell resigned. Rice is a Bush lap dog. I see more similarities between Nixon and Bush every day. Similar reports say the same things about Cheney and Rum

The most important issue is what game the President is playing. Why did he not use the courts as the law requires? But it does not bother you in the least, that members of congress knew about this....and DID NOTHING (if indeed it is/was criminal)???? You mean to tell me, if someone kidnapped you, and beat the living crap out of you

BenUser: Umm....why else would I vote for someone? I mean...yeah, I feared that if Kerry would get into office, our troops would come home War Criminals (heh, isn't that what he has basically been calling them lately?), I feared for our security if Kerry got into office. By the time he took a poll, changed his mind 5 different times, took another poll, and another mind-changing series....well, you should get my point. But as far as v

My in-laws are in AA. My father-in-law (my wife's stepdad) holds meetings and cookouts and campouts and whatever else at their home. He has been sober for 13 or 14 years. My wife's uncle has been sober about the same time (I think). I go to some of the meetings....not because I am addicted to alcohol or drugs....but because it is more a family thing. But I will say this: the AA groups I have seen, deal more peaceably and are better to each oth
