Is simspeed affected by bandwidth / connections to other players? in Demigod Demigod Forums

Is simspeed affected by bandwidth / connections to other players? I just played a leviathan gave 4v4 and my simpseed would spike from +4 to -1 for no apparent reason. I have played hundreds of games, and i have only had issues a handful of times.. even mandalla im +3-4. I have 2 gigs of dual channel 800mhz ram, 3.0 ghz dual core, 8800GT 512mb What doesnt make sense to me is that my brother has a setup of 2.0ghz dual core, 2 gigs 400mhz dual channel, and a 8800GTS

I wasnt spit build and ooze doesnt do damage to buildings, and of the 3 demigods on my team UB was the worst for killing buildings. I didnt say i should have got assists, Goddess had 6 assists and Sir had 5, Sir was the one with the assists award. I wasnt only going after demigods, i dumped alot into citadel upgrades, and capped 2nd in flags, and started locking flags towards the end. Not fishing for complements i died twice... And of course the enemy has more

Friends list chat is useless, and lack of private messaging. The friends list isnt an instant chat like the demigodgame chat box. You should be able to type someones name, even if hes not on your friends list and he recieves it within 10 seconds... With a loud DING or something. I sometimes get friends chat that is 3 hours old or more, or it never shows up untill i relog.

Reg is not a good counter to a late game UB, even a reg with ash+mage cannot kill a UB 1v1 (with same level gold ect). Reg uses too many slots for dmg, and connot defend against an ooze ub with grasp that has alot of stacked health. Remember though, erebus was nerfed not long ago.. lets not call another nerf too early and fuck up another class.
