not neccesarily, but the concept is the same. it had formation and attack type commands, tho (as in no attack, hold position, defensive, and aggressive). all it would do is open the buttons.

it would just open the menu that allows you to switch from default firing. if you have played Age of Empires II, it is like the "open advanced commands" button by the minimap

this would be quite nice, but I think it would require a total reworking of the weapons, damage, and rounds path programming. I'm not sure how hard that would be, as I haven't looked at that. still, it does seem like a good idea, and would be a good addition to the game.

you can recolonize planets just overthrown. I do it to stave off total culture dominance, as you get 25 free allegiance when you colonize.
