you sure? only bcuz i remeber not having to bombard one once... but maybe i just cut my fleet loose in ther and didn't pay attention...oh well[e digicons]:dur:[/e]
Orodum
and it can mean that you don't have to kill the base itself. you can colonize quickly and blow apart the bombing ships while they are busy with trying to get to their former base.
Actually, being a beta tester was a perk for those who pre-ordered (which I do believe it says you are doing). you don't pay to be a beta tester, it's just something you get for pre-ordering. it's your choice on whether or not you actually download the Beta. (edit: missed the post above) also, you're complaining because the BETA isn't perfect? THAT'S WHY IT'S A BETA! if you don't want to be a beta-tester, then don't download the beta. the only real do
SELECTION When you own enough systems to scroll off the page, and when you double click your fleet icon at the top in order to jump to it and center on it, after the first click in the "double click" the systems scroll up, and you end up not jumping to / centering on your fleet, rather you end up clicking on some system you did not want to click on. What's the best way to grab a fleet and center on it when you have man
Use RA at all of your planets (or just flip it to autocast and watch for your supply to get low), and that should get your fleet on it's feet. also, I'd suggest skipping the Carrier cap (unless they are strikcraft-swarming you) and getting more Devastators for fleet mingling, Desolators for line battles(where the groups of ships stay separate; try to focus on one or the other, as the AI will generally pick one type of attack and stick with it - usually rushing into your fleet) The Desol
Even with Half of my Fleet, I am still inconquerable!! raise shields, activate point defense and Metal Storm. Load Type 42 Torpedoes and prepare to fire!. *No missiles touch remaing ships, and all explode before coming close to them* Fie-uh ze missiles! Weapons officer: Missiles away. Impact! *All hostile ships swalloed by bright light, and half of each ship is dropped into an artificial wormhole, which immediatly collapses, severing the ships
then you should have a lot written... do you?
Quoting Orodum, reply 11 by "other people" I assume you mean the 1 mil or so that are having no problems? compared to the two or three that are, and decide to complain? no offense intended, of course, but it is slander, since you are one of only a few experiencing problems like that. it's not the game itself, as many, many people are having no problem whatsoever <br
Okay, if he wants to use alternate dimensions, than let's use alternate dimensions. Prepare to activate Tachyon drive. Activate Omega 13! "Aye, sir. Omega 13 activated and running at full power. Taking effect in 3...2...1... mark!" *a large swirling vortex appears beneath the battle, sucking everything in. The more the ships fight it, the more they are pulled in, letting nothing escape. The Kortul Armada moves into the event horizon* <p
Ah, I guess I'll have to get a fighter from my personal hangar. *Orodum disappears, jumping through phase space back to his secret base, and jumps back in the Korigul . trailing behind it comes the Kortul Armada, or at least what it is now, after it disappeared in the Core Worlds.* I'm baaaaaaaaaaack! And my power is unmatched! * Tiraskus jumps to Tesla's flagship, disables all power, and boards. Everyone onboard is driven insane and kill
Ah, the Reavers. The merchant's worst enemy. They give me that warm, fuzzy feeling inside. "They say the Reavers are spaces who went to the edge of the galaxy and looked into the abyss. What they saw drove them insane, and now they kill all who come across the path."
"If only we had some grenades." -serenity/firefly (don't remember which)
Well, by the look of it activating two RAs in the same gravity well only gives you one RA. (Though they still take the resources.)
if you stagger them, they should work. i mean, hit one, wait til 30 seconds after the ships arrive, then hit the other. then you wouldn't have to wait for the cooldown, and you would get 2 RAs. but it's only theory
Its hardly slander if its true... other people need to be made aware of the issues concerned with this game... I haven't had more than one in a well, either. it's just not worth the tactical slots or the creds. esp since once i have it, i have enough planets that I activate them all once and I have a fleet as large or larger than any other player's.
*Orodum sits in fighter, phased out, except for cameras, watching and laughing at the antics*
surrendur: they lose control of their forces, but remain viewing the game. they can then see all the map, if they so choose. quit: they are immediately kicked to lobby
If I was Advent or TEC and just hated the ability because I couldn't beat it, why would I come in here saying it sucks? Wouldn't I say it was overpowered?
well... you would say that 'twas overpowered in the feedback section, but here you would try to convince people not to use it, bcuz you couldn't beat it. If you were an Advent/TEC player.
First let me ask a question, does activating two Stabilizers in the same gravity well,
These words humiliate men everywhere: "is it in yet?"
bet thaMah doesn't even play Vasari
you want to nerf Space egg? MARZA was the strongest of the cap ships. nerf that. or better yet, BUFF all the other cap ships. The Arizona will not succumb to a few patrol boats, so the other caps should not be destroyed by a few weak ships
defensive building aren't that strong. And any but the first couple pirate waves will easily demolish infrastructure, as well as your planet. And scuttling the infrastructure is more profitable than letting the pirates destroy it.
I think it sucks. You spend thousands and thousands of resources researching it, then you spend a few thousand building the Phase Stabilizer(s), then you spend another few thousand activating the ability, which has a very, very long cooldown, and your reward is about 5 mismatched ships per Stabilizer. Don't use it, it'll lose you the game.
so says the TEC/Advent player who just doesn't know how to
big one that needs to be micro'd for Vasari: Phase out hull, on the Antorak marauder. that's probably the one that should be micro'd, or turned off. never use it on autocast, because like that it's worse than useless. it will target the ship you are attacking, forcing your ships to switch targets, and it is a pain to retask them each time.
"in example", is a possible definition for IE. Usually that's what it means, anyway. Choke point - a small, easily defensible area (usually one planet wide, like the planet Gateway on the map Gateway) FUBAR - F***ed up beyond all recognition MB - Missile Barrage: the lvl 6 Marza ability pms - here, it means "phase missile swarm", a Vulkoras ability. usually. S.O.L. - shit outta luck (our sun's name is Sol. makes you wonder....) DR
